For the Active Client SMS account-notification campaign, the primary opt-in method is verbal consent during a phone or in-person service conversation with an authorized staff member. The existing secure BailSafePro Defendant Portal activation form is reached through a private link sent by our office; the web-form demonstration below remains reviewer evidence only.

Verbal Consent — Active Client Account Notifications

Existing active clients may opt in during a phone or in-person service conversation with an authorized staff member. This is the primary opt-in method for the new Active Client SMS campaign. The script and confirmation below are reviewer evidence only; this page does not enroll anyone, save consent, or send messages.

• Staff records the client's yes or no answer.
• If YES, staff records the method, date, time, staff member, and evidence in authenticated admin before SMS is permitted.
• If NO, no SMS is sent.
• Opt-out blocks future messages.
